About Us

Even though Rello House OÜ was founded in summer 1995, the management of the company has been engaged in the manufacture, sale and construction of wooden houses since 1974, when the first wooden frame was built in the Stockholm archipelago.

At first, we conducted all our activities in Sweden and mainly for the Swedish market. During the years sales also expanded to other countries and these days our houses can be found in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, USA, Japan and of course also in Estonia.

After Estonia regained its independence, we decided to bring some of our manufacturing activities to Estonia as production costs in Estonia are still (and probably will be in the nearest future) considerably lower than in Scandinavia. Our 12 years of experience in Estonia have shown that this move has justified itself. A large part of our manufacturing activities now take place in Estonia. Regardless of this, we observe Scandinavian standards and construction principles, except for the cases where the local standard, regulation or requirement of some other country is stricter than the Scandinavian one.

Our company is not very big, but there are few such manufacturers in Estonia (if any), who have made more houses and who have more experience than us. This means that the likelihood of something going wrong is far smaller than in case of less experienced manufacturers.
